Travel Long Term Care RN

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in a long-term care facility. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care, including developing care plans, administering treatments, monitoring residents, and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ health status and respond to changes or emergencies
• Support residents and families through education and communication
• Document care accurately and maintain regulatory compliance
• Supervise and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

• At least one year of recent RN experience in a long-term care (LTC) setting
• Valid RN license in the state of practice
• Current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS preferred
