Travel Long Term Care RN

About the Role

We are seeking a Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in a healthcare facility. The role involves providing skilled nursing care to residents, overseeing care plans, administering treatments, monitoring health changes, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Supervise and guide nursing staff
• Educate residents and their families on health management
• Document care and monitor health changes
• Respond to medical emergencies

Requirements

• At least one year of recent Long Term Care (LTC) experience
• Valid RN license
• Current BLS or CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS and other advanced certifications
