Responsibilities
- Assess residents and develop/update care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Supervise staff and ensure regulatory compliance
- Educate residents and families
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and respond to emergencies
- Maintain high standards of resident-centered care
- Perform procedures and move equipment as needed
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- At least one year of long-term care (LTC) experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Critical thinking and excellent communication skills
- Physical stamina and technical proficiency
Qualifications (Preferred)
- ACLS certification
- Additional nursing certifications
