Travel Long Term Care RN

About the role

This role involves providing skilled nursing care in a long-term care facility, including assessments, care planning, medication administration, wound care, and supporting staff. The RN supervises nursing team members, educates residents and families, and ensures compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' health and develop personalized care plans
• Respond to emergencies and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care

Requirements

• At least one year of recent long-term care (LTC) RN experience
• Valid RN license and current BLS/CPR certification
• Preferred: ACLS certification and additional facility-specific credentials

• Physical ability to perform tasks involving movement, lifting, and equipment handling
