Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,310 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract position in Ocala, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
• Work 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
• Assist patients with physical therapy exercises and activities of daily living
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Florida
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Passing scores on relevant licensing exams

Skills

• Proficient in using medical equipment and devices
• Knowledge of patient assessment and treatment techniques
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay

• Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
