Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,310 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 25, 2026, in Jacksonville, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in IL
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a physical therapy assistant program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
