Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist - $2,500 per week

About the role

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Rolla, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in long-term care facilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year full-time Physical Therapy experience in Long Term Care within the last 2 years.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working in a long-term care setting preferred.

Pay

• Pay rate range: $49.50 - $58.50 per hour.
• Based on 8-hour shifts and 8 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
