Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist - $2,100 per week

About the role

The client in Lakefield, Minnesota is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract position at a Long Term Care facility. The position requires 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and starts immediately.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Minnesota
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or related field
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Current CPR certification
