About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Eugene, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in an acute rehab setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, Monday through Friday
- Use Medhost, Redoc, and Nethealth EMR systems as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapy License
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Experience with Medhost, Redoc, and Nethealth EMR systems preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (master’s degree preferred)
