About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a 16-week contract in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting.
- Adapt treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.
- Document progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Active Occupational Therapist License.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work 30 hours per week.
- Must be available for 8-hour shifts.

Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,400
Additional: $200.00 Travel Reimbursement
