About the role
SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Ada, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities and quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year full-time Long Term Care experience within the last 2 years.
Qualifications
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
- Pay rate range: $46.75 - $55.25 per hour.
- Pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process.
- Pay package includes an 8-hour shift and 8-hour per week schedule with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
