About the role
SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a 13 week contract in Moore, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Assess residents' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve residents' quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Document progress notes and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year full-time Long Term Care experience within the last 2 years.
Qualifications
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
- Pay rate range: $46.75 - $55.25 per hour.
- Pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process.
- Pay package includes a tax-free stipend.
Schedule
- 8 hours per week.
- 8 hours per shift.
