Travel Long Term Acute Care (RN) - $642 per week

Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN for a position in Long Term Acute Care at Portage, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• 2 years of recent experience in Long Term Acute Care.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice.
• Valid driver's license.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Pay

The pay package is based on 4 hour shifts and 12 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shift: 4 hours, nights.
