About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Acute Care for a 13-week assignment starting July 28, 2026, in Pagosa Springs, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term acute care setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Colorado.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in long-term acute care preferred.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
