About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Acute Care for a 13-week assignment starting on August 25, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term acute care setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Colorado.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in long-term acute care preferred.
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.

Pay
The pay package is based on an 8-hour shift and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
