About the role

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position in a long-term care/post-acute skilled nursing rehab unit in Middlebury, Vermont. This is a travel, temporary assignment beginning September 24, 2026 lasting 5 weeks. The role involves 12‑hour day shifts, three shifts per week, providing care to residents in a post‑acute/skilled nursing rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents on the post‑acute care unit under RN/charge nurse supervision.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor and document patient responses.
• Perform or assist with phlebotomy, EKGs, and transports as permitted; manage IV pumps with appropriate certification.
