Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long Term Care Job

Travel assignment for a Licensed Practical Nurse in a long-term care setting in Goffstown, NH. Assignment begins on 09/07/2026 and runs for several weeks.

Schedule

• Evening shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Pay

Weekly pay range: $1,565 - $1,665

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of the nursing team
• Administer medications and document accurately in patient records according to policy
• Monitor resident status, vital signs, and changes; report issues promptly to the care team
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility, promoting safety and dignity
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure safe medication administration practices
• Collaborate with RNs, charge nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans

Requirements

• Active Practical Nursing license (LPN) in New Hampshire or eligibility per state requirements
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
