Travel temporary assignment for a Licensed Practical Nurse in a long-term care nursing home in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Assignment starts 09/07/2026 and lasts 8 weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies; monitor patient responses and report changes promptly
  • Monitor vital signs, assess for changes in condition, and document findings in the charting system
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and patient comfort while maintaining safety and dignity
  • Collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement and adjust care plans; participate in care plan reviews as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation, follow infection control practices, and adhere to safety protocols for resident care

Requirements

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse license
  • Night shift availability: 18:00–06:30
  • Tuesday start dates required for orientation purposes
  • Willingness to commit to an 8-week travel assignment
  • Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
  • Ability to pass routine pre-employment screenings and comply with facility policies

Pay

  • Weekly pay range: $969–$991 per week
  • Guaranteed hours: 36 per week

Schedule

  • Shift: 18:00–06:30 (night)
  • Contract duration: 8 weeks
  • Start date: 09/07/2026
