About the role
This position is a travel temporary assignment for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Hampton, NH. The assignment is scheduled from August 3, 2026, for 5 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine nursing care to residents per individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate charting and complete incident or change-of-condition reports as required
- Administer medications and treatments following current policies and protocols
- Collaborate with RNs and the interdisciplinary team; report changes and escalate concerns promptly
- Absorb and assist residents with activities of daily living while maintaining safety and dignity
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Prior experience in long-term care or a closely related setting preferred
- Ability to work a day shift schedule with every-other-weekend coverage
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment

Pay
Weekly pay range: $1,022 - $1,066 with guaranteed 40 hours per week.
Schedule
Shift: 5x8 days, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
