Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments within the scope of practice
• Monitor residents' condition, document vital signs, and report changes to the supervising RN
• Assist with activities of daily living and ensure resident safety during night shifts
• Support wound care, routine procedures, and other tasks as assigned by licensed staff
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and adhere to facility policies
• Collaborate with the nursing team to deliver consistent, high-quality care during night hours

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico
• Ability to work night shifts (3x12) and meet assignment schedule
• Local candidates preferred due to orientation requirements (Tue/Thu starts)
• Availability to commit to an 8-week assignment with guaranteed hours
• Experience in a long-term care or geriatric setting is preferred
