Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long Term Care Job
Local-only, 12-week travel assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Start date: 07/27/2026.
Pay
Weekly pay: $1,356–$1,417 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week.
Schedule
3x12-hour Nights (7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.) for 12 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor resident responses in line with physician orders and facility policies
- Perform routine assessments, document findings, and communicate changes to the supervising RN
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide compassionate personal care
- Implement and review care plans, document wound care, vital signs, and therapies administered
- Respond promptly to resident calls, ensure safety, prevent falls, and uphold infection control practices
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support resident well-being and goal attainment
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program (LPN)
- Ability to work the 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. night shift on a 3x12 schedule
- Local candidate residing in or near Albuquerque, NM (local-only assignment)
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work effectively in a team
