Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders

• Document accurately in the charting system and communicate during shift handoffs
• Maintain infection control practices, safety protocols, and resident privacy and dignity

Requirements

• Active LPN license in New Hampshire or eligible for NH licensure
• Ability to work 19:00–07:30 night shifts and participate in a local assignment
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Ability to follow physician orders and facility policies; comfort working with a diverse resident population
