Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long Term Care Job
About the role
Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting under the supervision of an RN. Perform routine nursing tasks including medication administration and monitoring of vital signs. Assess residents' conditions, document findings, and report changes promptly to the nursing team. Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient safety, comfort, and dignity. Participate in care planning, care conferences, and effective handoffs to interdisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Active LPN license in the United States.
- Ability to fulfill a 36-hour-per-week schedule on a 12-week assignment.
- Comfort working night shifts (3x12) in a skilled/nursing care setting.
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environments preferred.
- Local candidates preferred due to assignment constraints.

- Weekly pay range: $914–$942 per week.
- Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week.
