Overview Licensed Practical Nurse – Long Term Care is needed for a travel assignment in Skowhegan, Maine. The position starts 07/27/2026 for 17 weeks, with a weekly pay range of $1,333–$1,360 and guaranteed 36 hours per week. This night shift (18:00–06:30) includes weekend rotations and takes place in a skilled nursing facility setting as a travel temporary assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for long-term care residents, including routine assessments and daily living activities
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care and facility policy
• Monitor residents’ conditions, document changes, and communicate with the nursing team and supervising RN
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans
• Complete accurate documentation in electronic health records and ensure continuity of care

Requirements

• Active LPN license in good standing
• Ability to work night shift (18:00–06:30) with weekend rotations
• Willingness to commit to a 17-week travel assignment
• Ability to provide patient-centered nursing care in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting

Pay
