Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long Term Care Job

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents per the prescribed plan of care
• Administer medications and treatments, documenting accurately
• Monitor patient status, vital signs, and report changes to the supervising RN
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility needs
• Perform routine nursing procedures (e.g., wound care, specimen collection within scope)
• Maintain accurate charting, follow infection control and safety protocols

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire (or active NH licensure eligible)
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Able to work an evening shift and every-other-weekend rotation
• Competence in basic nursing procedures and thorough documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to meet standard health and safety requirements for clinical work
