Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per orders and policy
- Monitor residents’ health status, document vital signs, and report changes to the supervising RN
- Auxiliary with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure resident safety and comfort
- Perform basic nursing procedures as trained and maintain accurate charting
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans
- Adhere to infection control, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Pennsylvania
- Ability to perform nursing duties in a long-term care setting
- Availability to work evenings and commit to 40 hours per week
- Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills
