Travel Licensed Practical Nurse ER Job

Pay

Weekly pay ranges from $1,864 to $1,929 per week. Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary; final compensation packages and confirmed hours will be discussed during the hiring process.

Schedule

Shift: Days (8:00 am – 8:00 pm). Contract duration: 13 weeks. Start date: 10/05/2026. Hours are not guaranteed.

Setting

Emergency Department environment with potential cross‑training to float to the long‑term care side as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide LPN‑level nursing care in the ED, including IV therapy per certification.
• Monitor patient status, document assessments, vitals, and responses to therapies.
• Administer prescribed medications and IV therapies within the scope of practice and ED protocols.
• Collaborate with ED physicians and nurses to support efficient patient flow, triage, and discharge planning.
• May be cross‑trained to float to the LTC side as needed; maintain accurate charting and clear handoffs.

Requirements

• Current Wyoming Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• IV certification required.
• ED or acute care experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in an ED environment and, if needed, float to LTC.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
