Travel Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

About the role

Provide direct mental health services, including assessments, treatment planning, and recovery support, to clients in community and office settings. Engage with clients weekly, managing a caseload of 13-18 patients, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams such as inpatient units, healthcare providers, housing programs, and substance use services. Demonstrate expertise in harm reduction, trauma-informed care, stage-wise treatment, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based practices. Complete psychosocial assessments, safety plans, and goal-oriented treatment plans. Conduct community visits and ensure integrated physical and behavioral health support.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid LMSW license issued by NYSED
• SEL/SCR certification
• At least one year of experience
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices
