Travel Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

Responsibilities

• Engage clients through community and office visits, providing wellness and medication management, assessments, and supports.
• Deliver direct services for mental health treatment and recovery, demonstrating competencies in harm reduction, trauma-informed care, stage-wise treatment, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based practices.
• Cook up with various teams and systems, including inpatient units, healthcare providers, housing programs, and substance use services.
• Complete goal-oriented treatment plans, psychosocial assessments, and safety plans.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 13-18 patients.
• Conduct community visits as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid NYSED LMSW license, SEL/SCR certification
• At least one year of LMSW experience
• Proficiency in harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practices
• Strong communication, coordination, and assessment skills required
