About the role

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. We're eager to recruit experienced Licensed Supervisors who are motivated to oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists.

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work.
  • A valid LMSW license in good standing in the state of Michigan.
  • Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor.
  • A proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure.
  • Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines.
  • Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools.
  • A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Qualifications
