Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- 10-hour shifts, nights (1600–0200)
- Every other weekend required (Saturday and Sunday)
- No on-call
- No block schedules
- Expected patient ratio: 7:1
Responsibilities
- Conduct crisis risk assessments for adults and pediatrics in the Adult and Pediatric Emergency Room
- Float between units as needed; if overstaffed, may float to Holy Family Hospital performing the same duties
Requirements
- Full, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington state—associate licenses will not suffice
- Experience in conducting crisis risk assessments for both adult and pediatric populations
- Hospital experience preferred
