Responsibilities
- Conduct crisis and suicide risk assessments for adult and pediatric patients.
- Complete comprehensive psychosocial evaluations.
- Develop appropriate discharge and safety plans.
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and behavioral health teams.
- Facilitate referrals to community and inpatient behavioral health resources.
- Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR.
Requirements
- Full Washington State licensure is required (Associate licenses will not be accepted).
- Current Washington license as one of the following: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Experience conducting crisis and behavioral health risk assessments for adult and pediatric patients.
- Hospital or Emergency Department experience preferred.
- Ability to manage a patient ratio of approximately 7.
