Travel Social Work - Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker - $2,244 per week

About the role

Med Ninjas is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker for a 13‑week travel assignment in Spokane, Washington. The position is in the Adult and Pediatric Emergency Room at Providence Sacred Heart Hospital, with potential to float to Holy Family Hospital. The facility is a Short Term Acute Care, Level II Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center with 629 staffed beds, a teaching hospital, free parking, uses Epic charting, and allows any scrub color for RN and RRT staff. The clinician will conduct crisis risk assessments for adult and pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct crisis risk assessments for adults and pediatrics
• May be asked to float between units if overstaffed
• Maintain patient ratio of 7
• Work in Adult and Pediatric Emergency Room (with possible float to Holy Family Hospital)

Requirements

• Full independent clinical licensure required (associate license not accepted)
• Acceptable licenses: Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Independent Clinical Social Worker
• Experience conducting crisis risk assessments for adults and pediatrics
• Hospital experience preferred
