Travel Labor & Delivery RN - $2,157 per week

About the role

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Dickson, Tennessee. The position starts on August 17, 2026, with 36 hours per week on a 12-hour day shift.

Responsibilities

• Labor and recover the mother
• Receive and transition the newborn including assessment
• Assist with inductions (Pitocin, cervidil)
• Manage potential OB emergencies such as shoulder dystocia and postpartum hemorrhage
• Provide charge nurse responsibilities

Requirements

• Charge experience
• Labor and delivery experience
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Fetal Monitoring training

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemorrhage, and other potential OB emergencies
• Fetal monitoring education
• Experience with inductions (Pitocin, cervidil)

Unit Information

The unit has seasoned, experienced RNs with approximately 30 years of experience each, serving as great resources and preceptors. Several other nurses have been in the 7-10 year range, also very experienced and competent.
