Travel Labor & Delivery RN - $2,049 per week
About the role
The Women’s Services unit is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with charge experience. The unit includes 9 LDRP beds, 1 OBED bed, 4 NICU beds, and 1 OR suite, providing a comprehensive environment for labor, delivery, post-partum, and neonatal care.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for mothers during labor and postpartum recovery.
- Receive, assess, and transition newborns following delivery.
- Monitor patients using CPN Central monitoring and participate in active labors, inductions, and C-sections.
- Administer medications and utilize advanced equipment such as IV pumps and tele-med robots for neonatologists.
- Perform various procedures including C-sections, circumcisions, intra-uterine monitoring, and assisted deliveries.
- Conduct daily rounding on all patients and participate in safety rounding practices.
Requirements
- Must have labor and delivery experience with the ability to manage OB emergencies (e.g., shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemorrhage).
- Advanced skills in fetal monitoring and experience with induction methods (Pitocin, cervidil) required.
- Current BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certifications are mandatory.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
