Travel Labor & Delivery RN - $2,049 per week

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with charge experience for our Labor and Delivery unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills in labor and delivery, including the ability to labor and recover mothers, as well as receive and transition newborns. Expertise in fetal monitoring and handling OB emergencies is highly preferred. This position entails working in a collaborative team of seasoned professionals in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) settings.
• Monitor labor progress and fetal heart rate patterns using advanced fetal monitoring techniques.
• Assist with procedures such as C-sections, circumcisions, and vacuum or forceps-assisted deliveries.
• Perform assessments and interventions during inductions and manage postpartum complications.

Requirements

• Must have labor and delivery experience.
• Experience with shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemorrhage, and OB emergencies is preferred.
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring training required.

Pay & Schedule

The Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
