Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse - $2,055 per week

Job Summary

This is a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Florence, Alabama. The role involves providing specialized care in the labor and delivery unit, supporting postpartum patients, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. The position offers an opportunity to work within a busy facility focusing on maternal and neonatal health.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and delivery
• Certifications in ACLS or ALS-OB, NRP, EFM, and BLS
• Location in Alabama

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fetal monitoring and assessment
• Emergency response and postpartum care
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Adaptable team player with empathy and attention to detail

Additional Information

• Unit is a postpartum and labor area with 9 beds and patient ratios of 1:1
• Equipment includes electronic fetal monitoring (EFM) systems
• Unit requires postpartum care experience and fetal monitoring skills
• Applicant must adhere to facility dress code with scrubs in Ceil Blue and avoid unacceptable attire
• No float rotation required, but candidate should be adaptable and able to handle inpatient obstetric cases

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
