About the role

This is a 26-week assignment with night shifts (19:00 - 07:30) on a 4x12-hour schedule. The facility uses Epic for charting and handles 200-300 births per month.

Responsibilities & Skills

• Administration of blood & blood products
• Anticoagulation therapy
• Assist with high-risk delivery
• Epidural anesthesia management
• Insulin drips
• Isolation precautions/PPE
• Maintain central lines (CVC/PICC)
• Antihypertensive medication administration
• Circulate for C-section
• High-risk antepartum care
• Labor & delivery support
• Magnesium sulfate therapy
• Pain assessment & management
• Sterile vaginal exams
• Use of IUPC (Intrauterine pressure catheter) placement and calibration
• Recover C-section patients
• Triage of obstetrical patients
• Use of PCA (IV)
• Wound assessment and care

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse
• BLS certification
• NRP certification
• AWHONN Intermediate certification
• FHM certification
• Active WA state license or Compact License

Pay

$3,306 to $3,467 weekly (includes taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements).

Schedule

4x12-hour night shifts (19:00 - 07:30) for 26 weeks, starting 09/14/2026.
