About the Role

Provide compassionate care to patients during labor and delivery. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions during labor and delivery
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient progress and treatment in the electronic health record (Epic)
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families
• Participate in rounds and team meetings
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Vermont or a compact state
• One year of relevant experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
