Travel L&D RN - $2,042 per week

About the Role

Travel Labor & Delivery RN position in Overland Park, Kansas. This is a 13-week contract with a night shift schedule of 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours). The unit consists of 13 beds plus 3 triage spaces, following AWHONN guidelines for nurse-to-patient ratios (1:1 for labor and recovery).

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in labor and delivery, including vaginal deliveries and C-sections
• Circulate for C-sections (preferred)
• Assist with newborn catching (preferred)
• Care for antepartum patients (preferred)
• Float to Mother Baby and Women’s Surgery units as needed
• Work rotating weekends
• Utilize CPN/GE EMR system

Requirements

• 2+ years of Labor & Delivery experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
