Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assessing patient condition and needs during labor and delivery Monitoring fetal heart rate and maternal vital signs Managing pain relief options for patients, including administering analgesia and anesthesia as necessary Participating in delivering newborns, including assisting in c-sections and inductions Performing procedures such as AROM, IUPC, DFM, and Doppler evaluations Qualifications Required: Minimum of 1 year of current hospital Labor and Delivery experience Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, EFM-C or AWHONN Preferred: Experience with circulating c-sections High-risk labor and delivery experience Best Personality Fit The ideal candidate will be: Compassionate and caring Friendly and patient Solutions-oriented with a team-first mindset Additional Information We offer a supportive work environment with a strong leadership team.
