Travel L&D RN - $1,908 per week

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with Labor and Delivery and Nursery experience. The candidate must be willing to float between the Nursery and Post-Partum departments as needed. The OB unit has a low volume, averaging fewer than 15 deliveries per month, and is equipped to provide safe and effective care to patients. Start date: 10/19/2026. Duration: 6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to mothers and newborns in Labor and Delivery and Nursery.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and report any changes to the charge nurse.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and post-partum care.
• Adhere to safety and health regulations, including infection control protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year to 18 months of experience in Labor and Delivery and Nursery.
• Current RN license and certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP, Intermediate fetal monitoring or above, and STABLE for nursery required.
• Willingness to float to the Nursery and Post-Partum areas as needed.

Night shift from 18:45 to 07:15, 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
