About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our rapidly growing team. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality care during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages. You will collaborate with a skilled team to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Assist in labor support and implement delivery plans including vaginal deliveries and C-sections.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including Lactation Consultants and OB Hospitalists.
• Monitor patient status using fetal monitoring systems and labor tubs for midwifery patients.
• Assist with OB ED triage and ensure comprehensive care for postpartum patients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience.
• Active ALS, BLS, NRP certifications.
• Fetal monitoring and C-EFM certification required.
• Strong teamwork and flexibility are essential.

Schedule

Shift: 12 hours, nights (19:00 - 07:00). 36 hours per week.
