About the role

Anders Group is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately at SUNY Upstate University Hospital's Downtown Campus in Syracuse, New York.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist
• Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and monitoring vital signs
• Operate imaging equipment to capture accurate images during procedures
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies

Requirements

• Current state license as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in interventional radiology
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Proficiency with medical imaging equipment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
