About the Role
Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor to join our growing team in Arizona. This role offers the opportunity to lead pharmacy operations and positively impact patient care.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage pharmacy operations in an inpatient setting
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies
- Provide clinical oversight and support to pharmacy technicians and staff
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care
Requirements
- Must have a valid Pharmacist License in any State
- Must have a year of Inpatient Pharmacist experience
- Pharmacy/ Retail Supervisor experience required
- Hospital experience preferred
- PharmD preferred; 1-year residency
- 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in Operating Pharmacy (OPs)
- Lead experience or flexibility in day and shift schedules
- BLS AZ license preferred
