Pharmacy Supervisor - Inpatient

As part of the health care team provides pharmaceutical care with an emphasis in the designated specialty care area. Assumes administrative role and responsibility for all systems and procedures in designated practice area. Supervises workflow and personnel.

Serves all patients including, but not limited to, neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Three (3) years hospital Pharmacy experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• One (1) year lead or supervisory experience.
• Pharm.D. or Masters level degree.
• Previous experience in the speciality care area.
