Travel ICU RN - Night Shifts

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in a 12 Bed ICU setting, providing direct patient care in a technically complex environment. Responsibilities: Deliver top-of-scope nursing care utilizing the nursing process, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes, prioritize patient wellness and evidence-based practice, precept new healthcare staff, and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care. Qualifications & Skills Colorado RN license or eNLC privilegesMinimum of 1-year clinical experienceACLS certificationBLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Key Duties: Provide critical care in ICU or Progressive Care Unit, adhering to evidence-based models like AACN's Synergy Model and specialty standards.
