RN - ICU - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse - ICU Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care across diverse patient populations, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Ensure regulatory compliance, assume accountability for nursing outcomes, and supervise unlicensed staff to deliver high-quality, safe patient care. Promote positive safety outcomes and enhance patient experience.Qualifications & Skills: Current IL nursing license, BLS/CPR certification, preferred BSN degree, and at least one year of hospital nursing experience. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
