About the role
A Registered Nurse (RN) position in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care across diverse patient populations
- Oversight and guidance of unlicensed staff
- Contribution to safety outcomes and high-quality patient experiences
Qualifications
- Current IL nursing license
- BLS/CPR certification
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- At least 1 year of hospital nursing experience preferred
