RN - ICU - Night Shift

Position: RN - Critical Care - Nights Location: Arlington Heights, IL Type: Part-time, 24 hours/week Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, appropriate, and timely.Communicate effectively in person, via phone, and in writing with all stakeholders.Individualize patient and family education based on thorough assessments to meet specific learning needs.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current Illinois nursing license.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
